Allison joined RMS in January 2023. She graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s degree in Justice Administration in 2003 and a Master’s degree in Special Education in 2009. She earned her Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries in 2024 and spends her time focusing on defined contribution plans and compliance testing. She lives in Louisville with her husband and daughter and enjoys hiking, reading, and watching her daughter play soccer.
